• Please note, each property management company and landlord may have slight variation of their move out cleaning requirements. Please refer to your end-of-lease instructions to customize your cleaning service according to your contract. 

• It is best to have your belonging completely moved out prior to our team's arrival to receive the most benefit from our move out cleaning service.  

• Please check your washer / dryer, inside dishwasher, inside all kitchen and bathrooms cabinets and drawers, inside all closets, and please remove any hangers in the closet that you don't need.   This will allow us to spend more time on cleaning surfaces and not be distracted from our main tasks. 

• It is industry standards for all the drawers and cabinets to be completely emptied and not to have any miscellaneous items left behind.  If you need our team to leave anything in the unit, including but not limited to even little things such as toilet paper and soap, or any other small items, please be sure to let us know how to instruct our team.

• We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.

• Please allow for some dust re-settlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
