Deep House Cleaning Service

You don’t need to be home! We understand that you have a busy schedule, so many of our customers leave us a key or access instructions to clean while they’re away. If you prefer to be home, just let us know, and we’ll focus on any specific areas you want us to tackle. 

You can provide access by leaving a key with us, using a lockbox, or sharing access codes if you have a security system. Just let us know how you'd prefer us to enter your home, and we’ll make sure it’s handled securely. 

While our deep cleaning service focuses on thoroughly cleaning your home’s surfaces, appliances, and hard-to-reach areas, it does not typically include cleaning dishes, folding laundry, or changing bed linens. However, if you'd like any of these tasks to be added, we can discuss custom add-ons to accommodate your needs for an additional fee. 

To get the most out of your deep cleaning, it’s helpful to pick up any personal items or belongings from surfaces and floors. This allows our team to focus on cleaning rather than organizing. If possible, clear space around heavy furniture to help us access those areas. We'll take care of the deep cleaning, so you don’t have to worry about any prep work beyond tidying up a little! 

While we don’t move heavy furniture, we will clean around and under accessible pieces. For hard-to-reach spots, we use extension dusters to ensure we get every inch of your home sparkling clean. 

We charge based on "man-hours", meaning the total combined time worked by our cleaning team. Depending on availability, job complexity, and scheduling needs, we may send a solo cleaner, a two-person team, or a three-person crew—but rest assured, every job is handled with the same high standards.

• All rates and estimated times assume one cleaner working alone.
• Regardless of team size, your quoted price stays the same—only the time on-site changes.
• Some cleaners prefer to work alone, and we respect their individual cleaning styles. Whether working solo or as a team, they are fully prepared to handle jobs of all sizes.

Example:

✔ A 6-hour job with one cleaner takes 6 hours.
✔ A two-person team completes it in 3 hours each (still 6 total hours).
✔ A three-person team finishes in 2 hours each (again, 6 total hours).

No matter how many cleaners are assigned, you only pay for total man-hours worked at the agreed rate. 

We offer convenient and secure payment options via credit or debit card at the time of booking. If you’re booking a larger or more detailed service, additional fees will be explained upfront, and we also offer options to securely store your payment details for future visits.
