Recurring House Cleaning Service

We do our best to provide consistency by assigning a main cleaning team or a solo cleaner to your home. However, we also train a backup team to ensure that more than one cleaner is familiar with your space and preferences. This allows us to:

• Provide homeowners the opportunity to experience different cleaning styles.
• Give you the flexibility to request a specific team if you prefer one over another.
• Ensure coverage in case of emergencies or scheduling conflicts.

Our goal is to provide reliable, high-quality service while keeping scheduling as smooth and flexible as possible!

✅ For ongoing recurring cleaning, your price remains the same each visit as quoted!

✅ For initial cleanings, we calculate cleaning time using "man-hours", meaning the total time worked by our team. 

Example:

✔ A 6-hour job with one cleaner takes 6 hours.
✔ A two-person team completes it in 3 hours each (still 6 total hours).
✔ A three-person team finishes in 2 hours each (again, 6 total hours).

It’s common for initial cleanings to have a larger team to complete the job more efficiently. Regardless of team size, your end price does not change. The only difference is how long a cleaner is on-site—a solo cleaner will take longer, while a team will finish more quickly.

It’s entirely up to you! Many of our clients prefer to leave us a key, lock box or door code, or provide access instructions so we can clean while they’re out. If you are home, we’ll make sure to respect your space and focus on areas that need extra attention. 

Definitely! You can tailor your recurring cleaning services to include specific tasks like cleaning the interior of appliances, high dusting, or interior window cleaning. Let us know what you need, and we’ll ensure the service meets your expectations. 

While our recurring cleaning service focuses on general upkeep, we do not include washing dishes or folding laundry. 

However, we can change your bed linens for a small additional fee of $5 per bed. To ensure the service goes smoothly, please leave fresh bedding out on the bed for us. If you'd like us to handle any removed bedding, please let us know how you'd prefer us to manage it (e.g., folding, leaving in a specific area, etc.). This is an optional add-on, and we are happy to accommodate your needs! 

If your home requires a more thorough cleaning to get back to a manageable state, we may recommend starting with a deep cleaning. Once the home is in good shape, we can transition to regular recurring services. 

Our team doesn’t move heavy furniture, but we will clean under and around any accessible items. We will do our best to reach all visible areas or use extension dusters for higher spaces like ceiling fans and light fixtures. 

Yes, our cleaning products are safe for children, pets, and individuals with sensitivities. If you prefer eco-friendly or non-toxic products, please let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your preferences. 

Payment is easy and secure. You can pay with a credit/debit card or other available methods when booking your service.  For ongoing recurring services, we can securely store your payment details for future convenience. 

Your satisfaction is our top priority! While we train each team to provide consistent, high-quality service, we also understand that cleaning styles can vary. One of the benefits of having multiple teams is that we can adjust your assigned cleaners if you feel a different style would be a better fit.
