No, you don’t need to be home! Many clients choose to leave a key or provide access instructions. If you decide to be home, just let us know which areas you'd like us to focus on, and we’ll take care of the rest. 

We don’t move heavy furniture, but we will clean under and around accessible items. We strive to reach all visible areas, including using extension dusters for higher spots like ceiling fans or light fixtures. 

Absolutely! Our one-time cleaning service can be customized to target specific areas, such as extra attention to the kitchen, bathroom, or living areas. You can also add services like cleaning windows, interior appliances, or upholstery vacuuming. Just let us know your priorities when booking. 

Yes, additional fees apply for certain services like cleaning interior windows, deep grout cleaning, interior refrigerator or oven cleaning, and more. You can choose these upgrades when booking your service. 

No, washing dishes or folding laundry is not included in our one-time cleaning services. We recommend completing these tasks before or after our cleaning team arrives. However, we can assist with organizing items, wiping down counters, and other general tidying as part of our service. 

Yes, we can change bed linens for a $5 extra fee per bed. Please make sure fresh bedding is left on the bed before our team arrives and let us know how you’d like us to handle any removed bedding. 

We charge based on "man-hours", meaning the total combined time worked by our cleaning team. Depending on availability, job complexity, and scheduling needs, we may send a solo cleaner, a two-person team, or a three-person crew—but rest assured, every job is handled with the same high standards.

• Regardless of team size, your quoted price stays the same—only the time on-site changes.
• Some cleaners prefer to work alone, and we respect their individual cleaning styles. Whether working solo or as a team, they are fully prepared to handle jobs of all sizes.

Example:

✔ A 6-hour job with one cleaner takes 6 hours.
✔ A two-person team completes it in 3 hours each (still 6 total hours).
✔ A three-person team finishes in 2 hours each (again, 6 total hours).

No matter how many cleaners are assigned, you only pay for total man-hours worked at the agreed rate.

Tipping is not required but is always appreciated! If you feel that our team did an excellent job, you are welcome to leave a tip. Any gratuity you offer directly to the team is a kind gesture to show appreciation for their hard work.
