What 's included in our move out cleaning?

We clean most surfaces of the home. Some of the exceptions include deep cleaning of walls and exterior windows, along with surfaces not reachable with a two foot step ladder. Other than these, most common cleaning tasks for the move out cleaning include, but not limited to:

What's included in our maintenance home cleaning?

Our Maintenance Home Cleaning (Housekeeping Service) is recommended for Weekly, Biweekly, and Monthly services. We combine your needs and wants with our time-tested cleaning methods to create your very own cleaning plan and follow it every time. This service is not recommended for deep cleanings, move in / move out cleans, or first-time initial cleans.

A Maintenance Home Cleaning is only recommended if you’ve had professional cleaning within the last four weeks.

It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate cleaning.

Bathrooms:

Cobwebs removed
Dust exhaust fans
Tile walls, bathtubs and showers
Toilets thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
Cleaned shower doors
Cleaned mirrors and chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
Doors and door frames spot cleaned
General dusting including baseboards
Exterior of medicine cabinet
Empty trash can
Mirrors
Disinfect door knobs and light switches
Floors cleaned and sanitized/carpet vacuumed

Kitchen & Eating Area:

Cobwebs removed
Countertops cleaned and sanitized including breakfast bar
Outside of range hood cleaned; top and front of range cleaned
Drip pans, stove or glass top surfaces wiped
Sinks cleaned and chrome shined
Fronts of all appliances cleaned
Floors vacuumed (vacuum edges, under cabinets)
Microwave cleaned inside and out
Refrigerator cleaned outside only

General dusting including baseboards
Sweep/vacuum and mop floor

Sleeping and Living Area:

Flat surfaces hand wiped

Knick-knacks area dusted (lift and move items and dust under them) Excessive amount of items will take time to clean; we recommend moving things around and organizing before our arrival to avoid additional charges

General dusting including baseboards
All readily accessible floors vacuumed
Rotational Task Polish furniture, edge carpets, polish kitchen cabinets, polish bathroom cabinets

Vacuum/ edge and mop
Disinfect door knobs and light switches.

Please note, we do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.

*Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.

What's included in our deep house cleaning

You are a busy person and there is no reason why you should spend your precious time trying to figure out how to do a thorough cleaning. Let us take care of this and our professionals will make your life easier. It’s our job to help you choose the right level of service for your needs.

When your home has not been cleaned in less than four weeks, we strongly recommend our Deep House Cleaning Service. It includes all the tasks listed under our Housekeeping Service (Maintenance Home Cleaning) program (please refer to previous question), however it usually takes about twice as much time to complete. Deep home cleaning allows our technicians additional time to properly and more thoroughly clean each requested area of your home for your full enjoyment and easy upkeep.

* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.

*Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equipment?

No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.

Do I need to be home while you are cleaning?

Not necessary! You can count on us that you are in good hands and we will get the job done! We are trained to close doors in an instant, you do not need to worry!
