We do our best to assign a consistent cleaner or cleaning team to your home. We also train a backup team to ensure more than one person is familiar with your space—so if there's ever a scheduling change, you’re still covered. This gives you flexibility, reliability, and the chance to request your preferred team if you'd like.

Recurring cleaning services are typically offered at a flat rate, and your price remains the same each visit regardless of how many cleaners are assigned.

We do not charge based on the number of cleaners sent to your home. For example, one cleaner working 4 hours or two cleaners working 2 hours each results in the same total labor time. We assign team size based on scheduling, efficiency, and the needs of your home while maintaining consistent service standards.

We do our best to provide consistency by assigning the same cleaner or cleaning team whenever possible. If you have a preferred cleaner or team, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Many recurring clients begin with an initial cleaning or deep cleaning service, which is often priced separately from ongoing recurring service. If additional time is recommended during the initial visit beyond the original estimate due to the condition of the home, we will discuss available options with you and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Your recurring cleaning rate is based on the size and needs of your home—not by the hour. Unlike one-time or deep cleaning services, recurring visits have a fixed, consistent rate that reflects high-quality care, trained professionals, and all supplies included.

Not at all! Many clients leave us a key, use a lockbox, or provide a door code. If you're home during the service, our cleaners will work around your space respectfully and quietly.

Yes—you can tailor your service to include things like interior fridge cleaning, window cleaning, high dusting, and more. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll adjust your plan.

Yes. Certain specialty, hazardous, restoration, organizational, and non-standard tasks are not included in our services. Please see our Services We Do Not Offer section for additional details, or contact us if you're unsure whether a specific task is included.

We don’t wash dishes or fold laundry during recurring maid service, but we can change bed linens for a small fee of $7 per bed. Just leave the fresh sheets out and let us know your preferences.

If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a while or needs a reset, we may recommend starting with a deep cleaning. Once your space is back on track, we’ll transition into a recurring cleaning plan.

For safety reasons, we don’t move heavy furniture. However, we clean all visible areas and use extension tools for hard-to-reach spots like ceiling fans and vents.

We use professional cleaning products commonly used in homes with children and pets. If you have sensitivities or prefer eco-friendly or fragrance-free options, just let us know ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

You can pay securely by Venmo, Zelle, or credit/debit card.

Yes. Once you sign up for recurring services, you’ll receive access to our secure Client Portal, where you can manage payments, view invoices and past visits, and request changes to upcoming services.
