We charge based on "man-hours", meaning the total combined time worked by our cleaning team. Since we may send a solo cleaner, a two-person team, or a three-person crew depending on availability and job complexity, here’s how our pricing works:

• All rates and estimated times assume one cleaner working alone.
• Regardless of team size, we total each cleaner’s hours and multiply by our hourly rate.
• Your quoted price stays the same—only the time on-site changes.
  

For example:

• A 6-hour job with one cleaner takes 6 hours.
• A two-person team takes 3 hours each (still 6 total hours).
• A three-person team completes it in 2 hours each (again, 6 total hours).
  

No matter how many cleaners are assigned, you only pay for the total man-hours worked at the agreed rate.
